I dislike the colors orange, yellow and pure primary colors on their own. I don’t like the way they register in my mind and make me feel, (the amygdala at work.) primary colors lack depth and excitement. Primary colors are like being in an elementary school classroom when you know you’re a gifted kid with genius tendencies, with emotional intelligence and a strong ability to think deeply and critically beyond your years. And yet they fail to acknowledge the various shades of green and blue, turquoise, and the vast amount of pinks beyond red+white. Just like secondary emotions are built upon primary emotions, tertiary and secondary colors along with their hues and contrasts are parallel to the gifted child’s ability to feel and think.
