I’m not sure how to really focus my body to be able to calm down and feel that sensation everyone talks about when meditating. Every time I get itchy or I feel a random ache or pain, and if I lay down I fall asleep. Amy suggestions?

@ryank1212 something you gotta practice, took me a long while to be able to sit still and focus on nothing but my breathing. It takes time being able to ignore all external things and all internal thoughts. Once I'm back home we can go through the meditative process together but my advice for now would be to look for some meditative beginner guides. That's how I got started
