My daily meditation twice a day is, 'I am not the body, I am not even the mind' This practice has shifted so much for me and I'm not fully 30 days in. I have two mentors, one who is Jamaican and the other American, left hand path. Understanding the mind, the body, and you and how connected,yet separate they are is a very insane pill to swallow. I guess this would be like a red pill zone. And​ everyday this impacts me to be present with myself. Breathing and observing.
