Sleeping schedule has been sooo messed up since the week of Christmas. New Years felt so weird and off. I don't know what's real anymore. Why is everyone so drained? What is in the air? What are we even doing anymore? I try to fight off the bad, negative energy and try to be as positive as I can, but seeing everyone around me feel the same thing is just so saddening. The energy is very heavy and has been for quite some time now. The world is so dark and confusing. Everything feels off. Slowly everyone is starting to "wake up." Its exhausting being too aware. Talking to God everyday is the only thing that keeps me sane. I have faith this year can change...

The world is simply in a part of the timeline of more control being introduced to the population- little by little. With that, vulnerable/gullible people are more prone to this control; & with that, you’re witnessing the result- which is exhaustion. You see the apathy & state of the world more from the overly-vocal complainers who spend most of their time online blaming other people instead of actively making a change in their life for the better. I promise you that the ones who are more silent online & in general are doing okay. Obviously more aware of the state of decline that we’re in, but getting by. It’s like that one friend or acquaintance that is always complaining & unhappy about something- you’re more susceptible to see the world thru their eyes because they want everyone to hear their voice. And not in a good way. You ask them how they're doing and they always give you a long response about how they're not okay. After a couple of times of this, you'd think they would put their feet down right? and say okay, this needs to stop. But they don't, and instead make this pessimistic, victim mentality their identity. Unfortunately, a lot of these types of people exist. There has to come a time where accountability needs to be taken and actions should be carried out instead of words.. but some people would rather prefer to bleed out instead of patching themselves up. I used to be one of these people.. and looking back, wow.... was I exhausting. Surround yourself with more positive people. Keep your family close, and appreciate the little things you have in life like a roof over your head and care from your loved ones. Don’t spend your time looking further into the state of the world & doomscrolling, focus on something that you love & that you’re confident in doing. Whatever that may be- art, some type of sport, an instrument, etc. simply be here now, & remain selective about who you let into your circle. Keep a safe & respectable distance from those that don’t meet this simple/standard criteria and I promise things will start to look up. You will start seeing the rose instead of the thorns on it. And most importantly, what you’re already doing, get closer to God. Much love :}

@hathwaygod Thank you for sharing your insights with me 🫶🏼 I have been doing just that! Its more so seeing my loved ones and others be stuck in this "energy" and I can't help much to wake them up or do something about it. Im trying though..

@sincerelyj if it’s your loved ones I can definitely understand why you feel so exhausted with trying to pull them out. they just have to want to do it though at the end of the day.. as long as you continue to show them love and give them advice, then you are doing everything that you need to :} and everything that you can essentially
