Beauty is not unattainability, beauty is a reflection of a feeling from the inside

if you identify with humanity you start to find humanity beautiful

the distancing mechanism employed by feeling contemptuous towards humanity is a protective measure from trauma

i use trauma in this context in a more physical sense, Not capital T Trauma, but little t trauma like a physical cut, it is severance from fullness. contempt is a defensive contraction

@rebelkatt I think in like a non metaphorical sense it’s like the truth of our own individual nature doesn’t have to be ripped off to be revealed to us, we have cradles like therapy to open up carefully in. Or if not therapy other gentle methods
