Finding Validation and Community on Altered

🤖Morning Reflection🤖 Yeah, none of the daily holidays grabbed my interest today, so of course I turned to myself for inspiration 😅🎉 Yesterday I began contemplating leaving Facebook!🌚🙂 It's often said, and a fair amount follow thru with it.. There is good stuff on fb! There are people I cherish and respect on here/there (I'm cross posting to both sites😅) I remember a time, not so long ago, when even as the flaming dumpster fire that fb is, not being able to imagine being able to leave it for good.🥲 The empowerment & inspiration I've been receiving on Alterd has all but smothered out the last of that feeling . I've been on fb since 2007 across 3 different profiles & never once has Zuckerberg replied to my posts!! But last night the creator of Alterd replied to my feature request post with a solution to one of my requests & was agreeable about the other!🥹 I didn't even tag him!!🤩 I really hope a few of my favorite Facebook pages consider this migration with me🙏🏽❤️‍🔥 For those who do my user name is rebelkatt & be sure to post all your favorite writings & posts from here on Alterd 😌 When the insight starts rolling in & your most brilliant thoughts are highlighted & validated in your notifications, you'll see what I'm talking about 🥲🖤 The last thing I'll gush about is some of my favorite features from Alterd require only your input, not the engagement of others🥹 A social media that responds to you, even when the users don't? 😳🙀 This is the future❤️‍🔥🤖🎉 May the Martian fire of Tuesday burn away all that doesn’t serve us🥲🔥 Mood: Blissful 🤩❤️‍🔥

@rebelkatt i hope this app gets the recognition it deserves. i think social media has made a lot of us sit idly and wait for the approval of others, when only we are the ones who truly have our own back! this app has drastically changed my outlook on life just by putting me back in the drivers seat and its liberating.
