Face mask and meditation time. I use the miracle of mind app by Sadhguru and his app also named after him. And also the Balance app. I have done many different styles of meditation and I won't say which is more or less effective because it all depends on consistency. But I'll say this. Consistency has made a change in how I view meditation as a state of mind vs something to do. And this app is a daily reminder and confirmation that consistency in its own way is a product of the state of mind that you are in.
