Well, it’s been an awesome day so far. Your perception and beliefs shape your situation; I truly believe that. It’s okay to be sad and feel emotions, but don’t dwell on the bad stuff. Fix, heal, find the source, and keep grinding. It took me years to figure out that your thoughts are what you produce and who you are. I’m going to go outside, smoke a couple of bowls, and meditate to some delta binaural Hz frequencies. Let’s see what happens. If anything, it's just to separate my mind and self. Hope everyone else is having a great day.. or at least a day! 🧡
