Prompt: When was a time you've felt at ease with yourself? Every time I've ever been at ease with myself, I've either felt blissfully happy or I feel neutral. I don't feel bliss unless I'm at ease, but I don't have to feel bliss to be at ease. I view being at ease as either a state of being or a state of mind. When I'm at ease from bliss, it's my state of mind. When I'm at ease but I feel neutral, I'm comfortable with my current situation or surroundings. That's more of a state of being for me. Something I find interesting is I can feel the neutral ease fairly often, but the blissful ease happens on rare occasions that only happens on very specific occasions. This feeling only occurs when I'm feeling a wave of nostalgia that creeps in slowly, and the world has a vibraint but not so saturated look to it. Like im seeing the world thru a camcorder from the 80s without the film grain. This view happens the most often when im just cruising around with a little smoke, wimd in my hair, soft rock, indie rock, 90s rap, Johnny Cash, any song from any fallout radio IYKYK. I have felt this way without meeting all the requirements but this are the most common symptoms, but the one that has to be there for me to feel the blissful ease is how I physically see the world.
