I need to take a t-break but I am definitely not looking forward to the hyper-awareness I will have...does anyone have any mindfulness or journaling tips when trying to distract?

@aquaticram I usually journal in bullet points, its really helps piece together how to improve yourself as well as mindful self-awareness. Keeping an entire event limited to a bullet surprisingly makes things more blunt.

LOL good one. And yeah, bullet points is a really good idea. I've also thought of just doing audio recordings so I can just talk instead

I think what helps me best sometimes is noticing the type of way I feel, what caused it, and if it is something that requires a solution, if you don't have one right then... Sleep on it. I sometimes distract myself with comfort YouTube things I watch or tv shows that allow me to be distracted but still in a logical state
