Ugh I need to get back into working out but a good bike ride, stationary or outdoors, always seems to clear my head and make me feel good :)

@atrocism Bike rides are great outdoors, I honestly have to try riding bikes more for cardio, but hell yeah nothing de-stresses me like a good workout

@firefonix I started working out to keep myself distracted from wanting to smoke weed and to curb the withdrawals. I suppose my favorite muscles to train are my arms maybe biceps specifically. But nothing wipes me out like sprint intervals. I have naturally big legs so I've never trained them before but just starting out these sprints are just deadly.
