@bingo you want to try to get all 3 20 second sprints in the 5 minutes. Space workouts 1-2 days apart or add them to your workouts

@s there are studies that go more into depth and its not quite as simple as 12% a week (your heart eould be the size of a car after some years if that were the case. But sprinting is definitely much more efficient than long distance running or jogging.

@bingo well if we're trying to get all 3 sprints in the 5 minutes the maximum time to rest between sprints is just under 2 minutes
