I've noticed that day-to-day, I have a TON of anxiety/dread/stress in and of myself as a person. But when I look back on, say, my weekend, I look at it and go "yep, I was doing alright". I need to keep track of how many anxiety episodes I have a day. Idk, I know they sell tally clickers used for counting crochet/knit rows at hobby lobby, that may be useful. Just to stay mindful, yk?

Tallying them up is very mindful!
It also seems indicative of a healthy healing curiosity
π even in my best moods anxiety hums beneath the surface...
I find curiosity a lovely tool for easing anxiety π

@rebelkatt That's actually a really good idea! The more I think about it, keeping a journal to keep track of my thoughts/feelings as they come and exploring them could definitely be helpful!

Curiosity is the prerequisite of intelligence ππβ―οΈ
It is my core value
It can be used like a tool, it can neutralize things such as anxiety & anger β€οΈβπ©Ή
I've also personified it as a close friend π€©β€οΈβπ₯π

@rebelkatt Haha that's awesome!! I always like to think that I'm a curious person (my google search history is such a mess because of this) so it only makes sense to turn this inwards. I feel like with so many of my feelings, I push them outwards and dissect them from there (in the form of my characters) but it may also be helpful to recognize my thoughts as they happen in my head haha
